I've found LinkedIn.com is great for just this! I'm connected no only to current co-workers, but I've been adding a lot of old co-workers too. Since I changed company 9 years ago, it's a stretch to find people, but LinkedIn is really helping. Man, i sound like a spokeswoman, but you might find someone on there...

hilarious that I'm getting "Joe Blow has accepted your LinkedIn
invitation..." messages from people I sent them to years ago. Nice to see
people are finally catching on, eh?
