Customers

IN MY OPINION following things are very important and if these are not done it may heart the whole idea of offsite meeting <br>1-Aim high 2- creative location. 3 Must have tour before 4-Try not to forget the fun. 5-Add up the costs 6-Bring the right equipment. 7-Pick two dates( but only in your mind ) 8-detailed schedule 9-Plan the day intelligently 10-Do advance PR. and over and above ( lets people know what your objectives are for the off-site meeting. This will provide employees with an opportunity to prepare ahead of time for full and constructive participation. Where appropriate, give pre-meeting homework that employees need to bring to the meeting. It will also help to drum up excitement for the big day. so that they should not take it as boss order and must understand the importance of this event )
