This is a photo montage somebody else posted in order to show that it WASN'T fake.
These other photos were posted to show that the face in the picture is indeed Miley Cyrus, as they look very much like her.

I agree, this is vital to the games success, and many fans will be crushed if this is left out. Moreover, it would be the best use of everyone's time coding and polishing an effective cursor modification user interface.
A lot of great games have had these sorts of features.
