Tesla should get a piece of the $25B that the Detroit auto makers have been asking for in their bailout (http://g02.me/1e). Regardless of current gas prices, I'm convinced we need to move to the flexibility of electric vehicles - and our government should help with investing in the infrastructure/technology transition.

It was a great conference. I'll disagree that there were no hallway conversations, though. I saw lots of networking in the hallways - I skipped out on a couple of sessions because I was finding it even more interesting to meet and talk with some of the other attendees. Great meeting you over dinner, BTW.

micah I guess my point was that the sessions seemed to hold everyone's
attention more so than other conferences. I agree there was a lot of
networking going on, but it seemed to be less important during Gnomedex.

Dinner was great! Looking forward to doing it again.
