It is funny that Jake Dahl says there "is a lot of negative spin on the indusrty" because of him, and all the shady people under him, Firstline is in the mess that they are in. Jake Dahl brags about selling 200 accounts a year but in reality he is extremely dishonest in the way he does it. If your home is Protected with ADT, Jake works for ADT, if you are with ACME, Jake works for ACME etc. Because of Jake's "leadership" ADT filed a lawsuit against Firstline. Now of Jake's 200 accounts that he did about 40 are good. Nice job Jake!!! I remember a training I went to last year and all Jake talked about was respect. He kept saying "respect me I deserve your respect", really? ok? 40 Good accounts Jake that is what first year reps do. You are no better than first year reps and you have been doing this for 5 years. Thanks to dishonest people like Jake Dahl companies have to suffer. It talks about honesty if Firstlines mission statement but Jake cares more about $$$ than what is best for the company that pays him. Oh well. Wathch out APX Jake Dahl is on your side.

Faut arrêter avec la réputation d'Acer, 80% des acheteurs chez les boulange,r saturn & Co ne font aucune différence entre Asus et Acer (haute qualité = Sony sans doute pour eux)!
Franchement, cette population qui fair réellement les gros volumes de vente!
Enfin c'est bien Asus à créé un marcher, la concurrence forcera Asus a pas s'endormir sur ces lauriers, surtout pour atteindre ces objectifs ( augmenter son chiffre d’affaires de 50% par rapport à 2007 ).
LE concept est bon, reste à le paufiner pas forcement par une ecalade de fonctonnalité, mais + d'autonomie et + grande résolution par example..

Ouai, c'est vraiment une évolution (un peu dessus, pas la réso écran, 1280 ce fait sur genre d'écran)
SI il n'y a qu'une version 12Go à 400 Euro le succès sera beaucoup plus limité je pense, concurrence direct avec les portables lowcost pour une partie des utilisateur non ultra mobile.
Si asus veut garder sont avance faut une version 8g à 350Euro, et peut-être baissé légèrement la version actuelle (en espérant que çà commercialisation reste en parallèle pendant un moment)..
La concurrence va a mon avis faire mieux sur le papier (après en terme de qualité, c'est moins sur).

Par contre comme certaiin, je comprend pas ceux, qui parle de mauvais coup d'asus par rapport à la vaersion actuelle. C'est l'évolution logique surtout dans ce domaine çà va tres vite.
Puis la concurence arrive, si asus veut garder son avance il faut qu'il evolue (et pour atteindre ces tres gros objectif de volume).

Bientot des eeePC 7" à 150Euro en occase, tant mieux pour ceux qui n'en on pas encore.

Not sure about the pro-Mac twist on this post. You may as well argue that people should use Linux for the same reason. I've used Linux (and Red Hat and Debian), Solaris, Windows (all versions after 3.1), OS 9, OS X (Panther and Tiger), and many others, and of them all, I liked OS X (Tiger, of course) most. Because it's pretty, because it's slick, because it's hip, because it runs Dreamweaver and Photoshop (period) without crashing. Whether or not it would become a zombie and start spamming people never once entered my mind as either a pro or a con.

I wonder if I'll be able to install OS X on my laptop when Mactel comes around...

This is quite honestly ridiculous. The atmosphere has or will have more CO2 then any time in the past 100 thousand years but in the last 10-15 million years there have been times when their has been *much* more CO2 in the atmosphere. Shell fish have been around much longer then that. They lived and survived quite well in a world with a higher CO2 content then today.

Speculation such as this just adds fuel to the people who already think the environmentalists are a bunch of people yelling "the sky is falling".

How is cul-de-sac being defined here?

As I know it, only the houses around the circle(the actual cul-de-sac) are cul-de-sac houses.

But, the article makes it seem like the culprit is isolated, suburban housing developments, which happen to have cul-de-sacs in them, not the cul-de-sacs themselves.

For example, in the picture above the cul-de-sacs have about 6-7 homes around them. Is it these 6-7 houses that contain the, and I'm paraphrasing here, "fat, ignorant, and myopic" citizenry? Or, is it that whole neighborhood?

The ultimate question is whether, under all the circumstances, the accused’s conduct was of that heedless nature that made it actually or imminently dangerous to the rights or safety of others.
It is not necessary that death or grievous bodily harm be actually inflicted to prove reckless endangerment.

I did some research on that. She could get up to a year in jail for the endangering the welfare of a child charge. I am not sure about the other; however, both are misdemeanors.

I have checked all day and have not seen a Senate budget, or even an amendment filed that would be a budget. Of course, Rod had no budget so Emil didn't know what to do.

So, once more: the House will have passed a budget by the end of the evening, and Rod will still not have a proposal contained in a bill.

Emil failed to lead, and Rod simply failed. Once more, Madigan actually leads while the other two complain.
