I do not agree that the previous generations were on the right tract as far as selling their souls to the company, and in turn I think American companies have thought of the American worker as disposible. As far a product yeild for a more relaxed work enviroment, look to France, they have higher production than the US and they also have 35 hour work weeks and minimum 5 weeks paid holiday time by law.
