Of course the ideal situation would be that governments and legal agencies actually got their heads together and actually started creating a global set of laws which would apply where ever and when ever.

Yeah, I agree with you. StumbleUpon could be a good start to get notice especially for the new bloggers. But I don't think that this is a good source for reliable traffic. But somehow it can contribute to the traffic that your website is getting.

If you have a quality blog then you will get more readers. StumbleUpon could be the best way to get more traffic, because if readers find it interesting, there's a possibility that they will subscribe and bookmark your blog.

Everything in this world is run by money. Even the justice system. Example, if you are charged by a certain case and you don't have enough resources to pay in order to hire a legal counsel to help you defend in court, what will happen to you?
I guess, attorneys should be fair enough in charging fees to their clients.
