Very good Nicholas. I have to admit that I almost didn't read this one because it was very lengthy, but it was worth it. I love your point about "it is what it is." I discovered that one not long ago. Makes all the difference! Off to give it a stumble.

That passage is so powerful. We are what we think for sure! That is the problem - many people want something, but until they first recognize, uncover and remove the beliefs that are holding them back they will never get it. If someone thinks that on a scale of 1-10 that they are any less than 10 then they will never acheive 10 things in their life. Until they realize that God made them a 10 and BELIEVE that then mediocrity is as far as they will go.

I love that verse in I Thessalonians 5:11. How much better the world will be if we follow that!

I also like your point number 4 and this statement here: "I am a firm believer that if we could not find any career that we would like to do or be in, we have the power to create work that we could be passionate in, and of course, draws in the high margin income while we are at it!" I have just been thinking about that lately for some reason. People think they have to do the same thing other people do, but why? Nothing great has ever come from people doing the same ole things.
