I would not wait for anything. When a person needs a house they will have to get one. I also think that the number are off for NYC. I have been watching several(20) properties and they have not reduced in price. In my opinion the market here has just gone flat. Homes are not being sold as fast yes, but prices in falling as fast as they are saying.

The amount is equal to about what ever my bonus is.... Thats not the best way of doing it but thats is what i am allowed to spend without being yelled at. I normally don't spend more then that on things that are not needed in the house.

I completely agree, in New York City they already have such programs incorporated into a students 4 years in high school. I remember that I took Intro to Management and Finance. That was about 7 years ago. It helped form a solid platform on which i continued to build in college. Other cities should allow these programs for their students.

When people lost faith in the the economy , the banks are no longer lending. Not to people or to each other. There fore there is no extra capital for spending on extra project and everything else suffers.

I don't know, if this was 3 years ago i would have checkout their rates . I was getting 8%.
With all the interest rate cuts i don't think that they will be about to survive. Bad timing but a good idea

We did not hit the bottom, a large amount of layoff are still ahead. The market will hit some major stagflation this year. All, I am saying is start investing in tax liens and deeds.
