I don't know about being a nerd. I'm more of a dork. But I have the glasses to carry off the nerd girl thing. Just don't ask me to talk all intelligent and such. :)
My sister once insisted, and I increasingly agree, women do more damage to themselves (as a sex) because we, in general permit objectification. And, it sounds like this Nerd Girls show is doing just that... but I would have to watch it to gain a better perspective. I don't want to pass judgement, by any means.
