there's no knowing what she may do, and someone should be taking care of her...! i used to be a volunteer coach at special olympics for the mentally disabled...and i know very well how it's like to deal with them..

my deepest condolences and may there souls rest in peace. These kind of incidents started to grow now a days. we need to address them from broader perspective. There are so many of us finacially well settled in US and back home. we need to volunteer to spend some time/money to help/educuate people in need especially kids so that future is secured and every grows into a responsible person. we all need to be blamed for these kind of incidents as we are so reluctant to help some one in need. As weed kills crop if not controlled mentally instable persons kill society. Solution is not lock ourselfs in rooms. Let us wake up help poor/downtrodden to make society better place to live.
