What always strikes me though, is your capacity of criticizing everything. Now that you launch your own conference, you will see how difficult it is to have everything right and read the criticism after it happened !&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;p&gt;however, I always welcome all criticism to progress in the future.
