if your woried about the 4 year old at the next table then be a responceable adult and dont sit in the smoking aera. maybe we should have children or non children aeras? i dont enjoy having your 4 year old at the table next to me anyway.....

what gives anyone the right to take away my rights of choice????
if i dont like second hand smoke then i can go elsewhere.
if i dont like the music i can change the station.
until a law afectes a person directly people dont care, whats next ??????????????????????????????????????????????????? lets face it just bebause its a good idea for one person what makes it a good idea for everyone??????and who are you to force your ideas on everyone else.
