Pictures on a flier are nice...but we kinda wanna see the house too ya know...

Also, if you keep your dog inside the house, it'd be great if you do a check for any "hidden surprises."

It's undoubtedly problematic to have Downpayment Assistance "pulled off the shelf" (so-to-speak). But how about Gift Money as a viable alternative? Sure not every family will contribute towards the purchase of a new home, but for the one's that do, Gift Money is an excellent source of downpayment!

I can see where this might be a bit of a nuisance but the fact that you're posting a reminder here is a good thing and the pre-recorded reminders are awesome too!

When one of our neighborhoods out here underwent an area code change due to similar circumstances, there was no such thing as a courtesy reminder!
