I have to admit that i'm guilty of the sin of learning some of my japanese from Anime. It wasnt from Naruto tho....It was, it was...sailor moon! Then I moved on to Juu ni kokki and Gokusen and GTO (live action and anime versions). T_T I'm SO sorry! lol
I was learning the words from anime but In the mean time I had been checking out books to learn pronounciaton (Even though I already learned it from my mom whom had taken Japanese 1 in College while I was growing up)

But anyhoo. I've been having a problem with trying to discern when a word is suppose to end with "Masu" or when I should use "shita" I already know that negatives for verbs I think it is is "Masen"...I think....oh gosh thinking about it now I'm confusing myself. Can anyone give me a little help to unknot my poor befuddled mind?
Watashi wa baka...mama.

Re: ウルトラローライズデニムビキニパンツ (Ho Pants)

Wow. Those are...just...wow. I kinda like the design it looks pretty neat but they do sorta yell "Boink me I'm easy! Don't beleive it? Look at my pants, or lack there of!"

Re: Beginning Japanese II: Pronunciation is King

Thank you all. You were very helpful. And I probably SHOULD have started with Hiragana instead of Romajii :P oh well. But it was kinda funny when I got my first tattoo that the artist was SOOO insistant that I make sure I knew what the Kanjii was that I was getting. It's 'Ai' or Love. I really liked the stroke pattern that they used on Gaara in Naruto (What!? It was artfully done!) The guy said that they could do it like they had in the English to Japanese dictionary but it looked a little squished and ran together too much that I could barely recognise it. :P
http://a499.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images01/1...
This is what it looks like. I am very happy with it cause love is a driving force in my life.

Watashi wa watashi. Ai wa Ai. Watashi Aishteru dantsuku wo hitorimusume.

I think I said that right....I hope.

Re: Beginning Japanese II: Pronunciation is King

http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cfm?fusea...

Bah, it didnt post right. The little Japanese style pizza things? I've always wondered about those. But I'm glad I now know what those little rice balls are called. :D thanks I'll have to make some sometime.

Re: Profile 1: Segata Sanshiro > Chuck Norris

Oh this is funny. I love the videeo and comercial clips. Segata Sanshiro only needed to do a cameo with Pepsiman or vice versa. "Oh! I'm so thirsty after playing Sega saturn for 3 days straight so I dont get owned by Segata Sanshiro!" Then you see Segata sama throwing pepsiman through the wall of said thirsty person. lol SEGA SATURN!Pshaaaaaa! :D

Re: MoMu and Ultraman sitting in a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G

Tsuji-chan kawaii yo! It's good that they're happy :)

Re: Are you a J-Doramaholic?

All but ODORU DAISOSASEN and Okane ga nai can be found on http:\\www.Crunchyroll.com I've been watching Gokusen and GTO on that site. (As well as Blood+ and various other anime and J-dorama) Check it out when you have the time. It's a good site. you cant full screen unless you've donated but that's ok you CAN enlarge the video at least. I really like Gokusen, the actress they got to play Ojo really does look like the anime version chick. And the actr they got for Onizuka for GTO is...well he's pretty freakin hot. Ok so I'm a little hormonal but they dont have men that are that pretty here in America. At least not that I've seen. :P

Re: Mini Post: Crazy Food Pun Time!

I dont know. Mayo might be preferable to Margarine....but man, they could have at least used REAL butter...ew. Well I've tried PB and butter sandwitches as well as PB and balogna. I mean I like Azuki paste but with cheese?...ew

Re: Beginning Japanese II: Pronunciation is King

Sorry it was suppose to have been "I am me, love is love. At least they dont have hair for 'down there' stick ons...but then again I've been lead to beleive that hair below the neck in Japan/Asia is Taboo.

Re: Are you a J-Doramaholic?

You know, they really need to make Love Hina or Ai yori Aioshi into a live action J-dorama. I'd totally watch those. They'd be great as LA shows. There'd be little need for alot of special effects.
One LA anime remake you should avoid is Sailor moon...UGH! It was horrible, I thought my eyes were going to start bleeding after the 2nd episode. But anyway, at least the new releases of Prince of Tennis are pretty good. Not too cheesy. And Gokusen is always still the BEST! FIGHT OH OH! :D She's so cool!

Re: Mini Post: Crazy Food Pun Time!

Oh no.That inspired me to do something crazy. I really gotta cross the cultural flavor borders. Try Azuki paste with Vegimite. THAT'LL get you going in the morning! lol Just make sure you do it on toast so you get the crunchy texture with it too. yum yum! :P

Re: ウルトラローライズデニムビキニパンツ (Ho Pants)

Tho, with these pants. I showed my hubby and roomate and both of them agreed that if it was being worn by a hot japanese woman. They'd stop and drool.
...
Men...Are all of them hentai that they all only think about is..well...sex? Well I guess that with THOSE things, its kinda hard NOT to. *sigh*
