Word. That NYOIL video got banned when it dropped - on youtube at least. Its refreshing to see someone taking hip hop to task for the negative images, but its problematic to use lynching as the metaphor for retribution.

I have had multiple units (again with no butterfly) throughout the years. They have kept me warm on ski trips, snowmobiling, and hunting. They acually work great and are nothing to be afraid of.

It is amazing to me the "stepping over dollars to pick up pennies," approach that not just airlines but providers of other services seem to have adopted. You have been more accepting in your response than I. To me a C+ is garbage for the amount of time and expense you have put into their airline. In today's age we can get services of all types from many different companies. So providers beware, your customer service is the only thing you have going for you.
