I'd recommend that you start of the day with a heavy but healthy breakfast (meaning not daily nasi lemak or chicken curry kind of heavy) and then make do with a light green/fruity/nutty lunch. You don't just earn good points for your health with daily real breakfast, you can also reduce the post-prandial effect of a heavy lunch i.e. having to fill up the growling stomach which has been fasting since last night's dinner.
