Sadly, I believe this is true of many companies, not only wireless carriers. Hopefully the web, with customers expressing their frustrations and bad experiences publicly, will help make these companies more aware of their less than optimal practices.
maxkalehoff Agree, Maria. I don't mean to rant, which is why I purposefully left out the name of my horrible wireless carrier. But it just boggles the mind how badly they treat customers. If I didn't feel I already was getting ripped off, I'd be willing to pay a premium to a service with a good experience. But I fear that all the carriers are the same. In other words, they all suck.
