I've been using HitTail for a while now and I've gotten a huge benefit from it. I'd definitely recommend everyone at least try out the basic plan and see for themselves.
I definitely agree that Cuban is way off the mark on this one. I do, however, like the fact that he's at least started a dialog about the subject. It's definitely something I'd love to see some progress on.
