Hey guys, these apps are great, but none of them have helped my business as much as Copper Project, which IMO is the best task/project management app on the web. We use it for basic task management, full blown project management (design studio), and even billing. I don't know why basecamp is always thrown up as the groupware product, its a good to do product, but check out http://www.copperproject.com if you want a real MS Project alternative that has everything on basecamp and more (yet is still more elegant)
