Try carrying around real chopsticks in their own little cloth carrying case for any fast food/cafe trips. You'll feel trendy! You can quickly clean chopsticks after your car meal by wiping off with a little Desert Essence non-toxic wet-wipe. (You can get 'em at Whole Foods). It is hard at first to learn to use chopsticks, but takes only a few meals in the car to feel like a pro.
Also, make sure to ask people at Panera and other cafes to just plunk the bakery item into the paper bag if you are getting it to go. Otherwise, they'll put it in this huge plastic case.
