I bet the original iPhone negotiations went like this:

Apple: we'd like to bring our phone to your network because of your great network quality and massive customer base.
Verizon: cool. One thing though, where do you plan to put Vcast?
Apple: That's not going to be part of the plan..
Verizon: Well your stupid ipod phone is going to fail anyway we don't need you. Goodbye.

These are cool tips. Not tried Windirstat. I use CCleaner regularly to cleanout the crap. For defrag i prefer to set it automatically in the background. I also do a boot defrag with my third party defragmenter. it really helps increase the file access speed and smooth performance.
