in Free Camtasia Studio 3.0.2 for c’t Magazine Readers on Olaf's thoughts about Delphi, IntraWeb and other dev stuff
I also downloaded Camtasia 3.1 about a year ago. Previously I had been using version 2.X. I should probably upgrade to version 6 at some stage as I've not been able to get 3.1 working under vista very well. I've been using version 3.1 for producing my CodeRage III videos.

well I don't think 3.0 will work better on Vista :)
