Eto'o has proven to be a valuable piece in Barza, and as a fan I am really happy that he was not traded at the beginning of the season, and that he got his volatile character back in shape and played an outstanding season... 29 goals in 35 games, top scorer in Spain. Lethal attack with Henry and Messi... all of them on the scoreboard of La Liga... mate, you really need to shut up and make comments that make sense!!! Eto'o is awesome and I hope he stays.

Man Utd has an apparent upper hand on this one considering that the defending lineup will be a makeshift line up... perhaps they can overturn the red on Abidal... Man Utd attempted to overturn the red for Fletch... hopefully we see an open game, with lots of flare and attack.. since both teams have great attacking potential...

yeah... I agree with you... it would have had less of the bitter valid reactions... the refereeing just detracted some from the match... again, Man U seems to have the upper hand coming into this one...

Zola... controversial it was mate... I will totally agree that Pique's was a handball...and Barca was lucky to not get called on that... and there is a tug and shirt pulling somewhere against Drogba... it was quite the game, and now we'll see, perhaps, quite the Man U demonstration of power... their attacking force is formidable... and their defense is solid, much more than Barca...

1. Chelsea fans... if you HAD won, you all would not be saying anything about penalties, and away goals and anything
2. the Ref was not the best... he placed bad calls on both sides
3. Chelsea did not LOSE because the ref didnt call FOUR CLEAR [sarcasm] Penalties... they lost because they are idiots... they failed to kill the game when they should of... to make a difference having ONE more man... They scored one goal and then... sat and waited... and somewhat hung themselves on the goal... less then at the Camp, but still did...
4. Barca played horrible, that is true... it was not their best demonstration of football; everybody knows that... but Chelsea cant play 'better' then what they played tonight
5. It shows that after the tie comes EVERYBODY in Chelsea remembers that they should attack!!! open up... oh my gosh... we need to score now, and stop hanging from the goal like bats!!!

There are few times that I have seen poetry expressed this way as today... it was a dance, Madrid had no chance. The most humiliating part... is that it was in the Bernabeu!! again... like that 3 - 0 a couple of years ago, by the hand of Dinho!... today was a gift, a gift of what the game is the beautiful game... now, Chelsea... yeah, they are strong... but they don play with the flare, pride and beauty that Barza showed today... we'll see what happens on Wed. hopefully they dont park the bus again in front of the goal... hopefully they play some football and not kick around the ball along with the players... hopefully it is a good game, and Barza wins...

It was quite boring and frustrating... but that is what we were to expect from Chelsea, they know that they are outclassed in every section of the field except defense... Pique and Rafa a couple of times were quite scary!
But other then that, nothing new... Chelsea came to NOT lose, to NOT get clobbered, and to take a draw back home, nothing else, they hung all their players at the goal.. like bats, why? because that is the only way you can defeat a goal scoring machine like Barza.
The second leg will be interesting, a tie and Barza is through... so not really smart of Chelsea. Another factor to take into account is that Barza will have the Clasico this weekend, we'll see what they're made of by the end of next week...

Great game... Barza is playing almost in a flawless way in defense and attack... its almost scary. I fear that all of a sudden things will crumble, and the lads will start playing like last year.... However at this pace, at this rate... if things continue like they are [and boy I hope they do]... move over Real, that Liga is ours again, and Man U... move over, that trophy is ours too...
