That's the word: craving. I don't know why now, it just happened. It was a matter of time, really. You! created this addiction and it's your moral obligation to supply the means necessary to quench it, at least temporarily. I understand you had some problems with technology, but hey! who doesn't? And you are (more than) a little perfectionist, but hey! who isn't? Did that stop the plethora of writers writing right now future stories of Cthulhu and his minions? (Uh..ok, bad example, but you get the idea:)).
