in Building bridges over Linden Land? on The Metaverse Journal
well... having land to one of those Linden roads that are not paved.. never have been and probably won't be .. of course we built bridges. We make them high enough so that you can sail under them with a yacht.... and nobody has ever complained. Nobody has ever looked at them.. I guess. nobody.. ever cared about the bumpy grass plane they call a "road" in our sim.
By now we took down the bridges.. and instead simulated our own road pavement by using megaprims pushed in place and anchored on our land. Totally unsatisfactory of course.. but since nobody but us seems to care...
