I see him as nothing more than a hack, a shill, and a cheerleader for the NAR. I am in the market for a larger home in the East Cobb/Alpharetta area, and am amazed at the nonsense I hear from Realtors. It is like you people have been living in a vacuum for the past 4 years. WRT, to Yun's comments about the "housing crisis"... it will only end when prices adjust back to the pre-bubble level. I never thought it would be approved. Kudos to you on that.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;While I agree that East Cobb &amp; Alpharetta never saw the appreciation lunacy of places like Las Vegas and Phoenix, the market around here got way too frothy for the local median income (I've lived in E. Cobb for 21 years).&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;At this juncture, the inventory keeps building and sellers appear unwilling to accept that their houses are not worth what they paid in 2005. I'm a buyer with 20% down and able to meet traditional lending standards for a $500K+ house. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I can wait.</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Keith</dc:creator><pubDate>Sun, 03 Aug 2008 22:08:15 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
