This is very helpful list expecialy number one. Sticky notes and rolodex are past. If you want to increase your sales, you have to have centralized data in some sort of Contact Management Solution. The hit is to have online (web hosted) solution that is dependable, reliable and what is most important available to you 24/7.

We use online CRM solution, it is web based, easy to use and what is most important you can sync your contacts to your Blackberry or PDA without re-creating the whole contact list. This is very valuable input. I am using online database and have many useless, duplicated and incomplete data in it. Data cleansing can be time consuming in the first place, but will generate profit in the near future.
