liked the music to intro the podcast.... i just wanted to say that however you look at it, still, at one level success is hugely tied with the money that a person makes... but of course there are other areas that are as (or more) significant...

often you hear 'horror stories' or encounters with a customer service rep... i mean i kinda understand their situation since it is a very tough job to have, receiving irate calls/customers on a daily basis and all... but i also appreciate excellent customer service, it says a lot about the company, i believe it only does nothing but positive things for the company...

woohoo, i am a big pearl jam/vedder fan... btw very nice points, it takes a lot to get out of an 8 - 5 job and do things on your own... it's going out of that comfort zone, even if it is a crappy job, which is what can be terrifying at times...
