I'm going to make sure all my friends hear it. I also wanted to compliment you again on your wonderful style. I have noticed that on most motivational pod casts everyone sounds so peppy, perky, and annoying (like they have had way too much coffee). But you speak in a calm and natural way as if you are actually talking to grownups, it's fantastic!

You were right about the cardio - too boring and it feels like a waste of time. So I have moved on to home improvement cardio; lawn mowing, weeding and deck repair, etc. Progress: a nice lawn and a total loss of 5% body fat and 10.5 pounds.

A girlfriend of mine that runs two hours everyday and eats lots of salads stopped by to use my body fat scale, she almost fainted when it showed 36% body fat. I think she is now ready for your site.

Re: Why Your Diet Won’t Work

Fiber to go - Kashi Vive Cereal - 12 grams fiber per serving and it's taste great. You can get it at almost any supermarket. I grab a handful with my protein shake. More great portable fiber foods: Flatout Wraps: 9g protein, 8g fiber, Kashi Go Lean Cereal 9g protein, 8g fiber per cup. Do you think that people get bored with the chicken breast and broccoli rut and that's why they start living on powerbars? I know I did that for a while until devoted some time in the supermarket reading labels to discover some no preparation protein options: low fat chicken hotdogs, turkey chili, turkey jerky etc. Find a really nice market like Whole foods or Trader Joes and walk around you'll find something new to eat.
