If you don't want to have a certain user account appear in your OpenBar, you can just switch from OpenID to a regular username and password on that user account. That'll take it out of the bar.

Thanks for the write-up, Charles. A few points:

Importing: We'll be rolling out better importer support shortly. First order of business is CSV importing.

Annotating tasks: You can associate a task with a note. The task will then have a link to the note. You can use this to describe the agenda for the meeting.

Connect tasks: You can already do this. If you go to a person/company/case page, there's an Add task button. If you use that, it'll be associated with that person and linked up.
