One thing I would like to share here is, you should eat Apples and pears because :

Yes, absolutely. I've moved toward a more whole food focused diet. Or rather, a focus to avoid processed foods as much as possible. So I eat fruit, veggies, whole meats, eggs, even milk, and don't worry much about carbs since the carbs are mostly in processed foods anyway. I don't get to the point of ketosis which Rosedale and others espouse, and perhaps I will venture there in time. But for now, my diet focused on whole foods works well for me.

I would encourage you to research some of the side effects of strong stimulants. Then you have to ask yourself this question: If I did not keep the weight off before I went on that diet pill, why would I be able to keep weight off after I stopped using it? Something to really think over.
