I'm just glad there are people with more intestinal fortitude who can handle this guy. He makes me nauseated.

THANK YOU for recording these interviews. These are great. I've been watching them on Fox this week and they are truly outstanding. Thanks for going through the trouble of recording for the rest of us.

Rosie is pathetic. Condi Rice is one of the most dignified diplomats the U.S. has ever had.

What these libs can't see in their narrow litte vision (and they call US narrow minded!) is that intellegent, free thinking people don't all 1) support abortion on demand, 2) support gay marriage, 3) support purposeful one parent households, 4) support liberalism. These people are absolutely incapable of respecting respectibility.

Condi has "drunk the Kool-Aid", says the other view chick? Maybe it's because Condi is such an intellegent and influential woman that they can't understand how she could support the war on terror and the Bush administration. All you have to do is look around the blogsophere to see that the most intellegent and beautiful women are Conservative Christians. They can't STAND THAT.

When Rosie was saying she wanted to get Condi alone and make her drink a couple glasses of wine, that is what she was referring to: obviously Ms. Rice can't really believe in the things she says she does!

I'll say this: when I went to NY to be on Montel, I had the same experience. I'm from NJ and have been to NY tons of times, but you can feel the "ick" in the air. There's liberalism floating in the air and its nasty and intolerant. One guy had a stand near my hotel promoting some state senator or congressman and signs he had were anti-Bush, not pro-his candidate. He had posters like Cheney's head on an animal's body with the words, "Torture Cheney" and Bush's head on a monkey's body with some derrogatory comment. This is New York. This is the View. This is Rosie O'Donnell.

If anyone's drinking Kool Aid, it's these View ladies.

Ms. Underestimated, aren't you glad people are finally catching on to this video? I saw it Monday night and was teary eyed. These guys, if they could be apologists for Pres. Bush, would really turn the PR war around.

The media and most Americans are totally out of touch with what's going on in Iraq. Iraq cannot be be defined by a Shiite slum in Baghdad (Sadr City). 70% of Iraqi troops have taken the lead over American and coalition forces. It is mostly under Iraqi control and even though some might not like how that looks, it's happening. For goodness sake, they're evolving faster than the US did in the 1700's! But let's not let history be an indication of success, right?

I saw it last night and have it linked from Fox to my site, but I'm going to download your video, upload it and link to it. It was an AWESOME piece and totally typical of what the troops think. I've been saying for years that this is what the troops believe but who believes me??

The panel of the Iraq Study Group seems excited to be relevant again. I think they're drunk on their 15 minutes of fame.

Sounds like they were 1) making fun of her and 2) noting an irony between Fox and the Iraq Study Group findings. You know, how the "findings" should shut those conservatives at Fox up. Maybe?

I don't get it; why do they ban you? I know they've banned other people as well. What is their criteria, because from some of the videos I've seen, You Tube's standard isn't very high. It seems to me like this must be a political banning?

I never had an account at You Tube, I just use them for what I can get out of them. I wish Fox News had a better video archive. I wrote to them and asked if they would make their video downloadable but so far no change. The RNC website has an embeddable URL for their videos. We need a better You Tube.

I saw this today and had to mute it! Howard Dean is intolerable. What a difficult personality to say the least.

My kids have all watched this with me. They were shocked!

I think we probably ought to be teaching our kids about the saddness that accompanies a lifestyle like Saddam's rather than revenge, but Saddam brought these reactions on himself.

I have to research a few of the names. Tom Tancredo rings a bell but I need to look some of these names up. Chuck Hagel?? Hell no!

I, too, think it's pathetic that some people copy and paste other people's work and THAT'S their content on Real Clear Politics.

Really it should be a forum for actual authors and columnists who are up and coming through their blogs to post their articles and see if the public likes the content. Copying and pasting a Yahoo story or from Drudge is just cheap. And what's the point? I don't even understand why anyone would bother. Its' embarrassing.

But I haven't said anything until now.

Thanks for recording this. :) I'm posting below a letter I wrote to Montel Williams after the show. I was really depressed at how the audience and guests bought hook, line and sinker the stupid rhetoric presented with no fact to back it up:

Dear Mr. Williams,

First, thank you for having me as a guest on your show last week with Jesse Jackson, et al. Unfortunately, the number of guests on the panel and my desire not to be aggressive as a first time guest prohibited me from saying all I had hoped, but I believe it is very important that you hear this side from the spouse of an active duty soldier who has been to Iraq for a year.

This is what was left out of the discussion on:

THE WAR IN IRAQ
- You said on the show that instead of “forcing democracy down their throats” we should spend that money on American education. Firstly, if throwing money at educational problems were the answer there would be no problem of which to speak. The districts which receive the most funding are the most problemed, such as Washington DC and NY. States like Utah that receive the least funding have the highest academic scores. Money is not the solution. The President’s No Child Left Behind Act has been very successful, but I won’t discuss that here.

Secondly, I don’t think you have any idea how offensive the term “forcing democracy down their throats” is. This is an egregious error in rhetoric made when democracy is not truly valued. Montel, to this day we have Iraqi friends and your comment could not be further from the truth. When my husband arrived with the 82nd ABN DIV in Baghdad, they found a children’s prison occupied by incarcerated 5-12 year olds. The prison served as punishment by Saddam for their parents’ disloyalty to him and some children had been there for 5 years. They know what forcing feelings like and now what democracy feels like. They view American forces as liberators, not occupiers. This is only one of many examples. The majority of Iraqis understand that America is helping and that this transition from tyranny to democracy is hard but necessary.

As Iraqi Prime Minister al-Maliki said when he visited the US Congress this summer, “Iraqis have tasted freedom and we will defend it absolutely." The fate of our country and yours is tied. Should democracy be allowed to fail in Iraq and terror permitted to triumph, then the war on terror will never be won elsewhere.”


RACE and EDUCATION

-I was appalled that Jesse Jackson attempted to spin my comments about single gender learning into a racial decoy by calling it segregation. This was an attempt to divert attention from an undeniably successful charter program by demonizing it using race. As for your comment that my daughter “needs to learn get along with” your daughter, be assured that as a lifetime Army brat she has had ample “learning” in a lifestyle of ethnic and religious diversity. We are surrounded by every conceivable combination of humanity and we love it. The connotation that I am perhaps a racist or segregationist was disturbing. (**Please note the attached photos of our “after war party” in 2004. These are our friends who returned with my husband in his unit and their families.)

I was unaware that calling an African-American “black” was wrong but if so, forgive me and please refer to me as Polish-American and not “white” or “Caucasian.”

AMERICA'S REPUTATION IN THE WORLD
- The panel lamented the reputation of America in the world, implicitly accusing the Bush administration of dragging our reputation down the toilet. There are several things to consider:

1) A world that capitulates to bullies, succumbs to corruption, turns its back on the innocent and suffering in the name of "peace", embraces humanism and atheism, struggles economically and is pregnant with social and moral failure is not a world the US needs to beg an opinion from... except by those who are also morally bankrupt. If you examine the state of the world side by side with the state of the United States, you will see why the US is the world’s leader.

2 ) It is no wonder the world has an anti-American opinion. Democrats unyieldingly bash the US and demonize Pres. Bush, setting the criteria for how foreign countries should view the US. Instead of banding together, Democrats have chosen to take a machete to the unity of America and her reputation abroad to promote their flawed political ideology. Foreign leaders critical of the US or President Bush have only to cite Democratic talking points. Foreign criticism of the US should be placed at the feet of the President’s political opponents rather than the President.

RELIGION and SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE
- The Separation of Church and State is not in the US Constitution. That reference is a citation of a personal letter from Thomas Jefferson to a pastor who was concerned that the State would censor or limit his religious freedom. The 1st Amendment to he Constitution states: “ Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.”

There is no question that President Bush is not establishing a state religion, and he also has this constitutional right to express his religious belief, which was mocked by some on your panel. There was no condemnation or concern about the many times Bill Clinton also spoke about God in various speeches and addresses to the nation, however.

Montel, please keep these thoughts in mind the next time you air a show about these topics, and especially the war in Iraq. Again, thank you for the opportunity.

I saw this live. What a dolt! Where's the accusing of the Clinton administration? They gave N. Korea the stuff to make the nuclear bomb with!

Here's an idea: how about condemning Kim Jung Il and North Korea for the nuclear bomb instead of Pres. Bush. Novel idea!

I saw this interview on Fox when it happened. What a bunch of friggin' racists! I don't care if Cynthia McKinney and her posse' are schitzo, if they were Republicans we'd never hear the end of it. Look at how Daily KOS accussed the GOP of putting a Hitler mustache on Howard Dean for their video ad, when in fact it was just Dean's 5 o'clock shadow! "Despicable Republicans!" Right, because Howard Dean can grow some shadow? The GOP cleaned up the photo, which I think was a mistake. They didn't doctor any image, they put up the real deal.

The point is that the Democratic Party is infiltrated with racists and anti-semites, sexists and perverts but it's justified or overlooked. I think we in the Right need to demonize the left a lot more than we do. They are as bad as the terrorists in their PR tactics and their hatred.

HeeHee! You got that right. I'm sick of the reporting about the "devastation in Lebanon" when the fact that Hezbollah is 1) lobbying probably 200 times more rockets into Israel and 2) setting up Lebanese civilians as targets.

Outstanding. I'm so glad I took the time to listen. Neal is right on the money and nailed that disingenious caller. I'm not even sure he's really Muslim.
