in Disable script debugging, mdm.exe, or Machine Debug Manager | Windows | Tech-Recipes on Tech-Recipes
Go to Control Panel.
Administrative Tools.
Component Services.
Services(local).
Then look in the Name column on the right, scroll down untill you find, Machine Debug Manager.
Right Click on it and select properties.
Where it says Startup Type, change to Disabled.
Click apply and ok.
