That's bizarre enough to be funny, if it weren't so fucking lame.

Re: Gov. Like...she has to know that the more she opens her mouth, the more the world thinks she's a moron. Or maybe I'm over-estimating what a moron can know.

Re: And Ode to Mrs. Palin

Oh no.... omygod... I'm incoherent. I thought it was going to be horrible, but those Russians with bad hair and skinny legs in long-johns are bloody brilliant. That was funny.

Re: President Obama

Reading your post here gave me chills all over again. I mean, I agree with you and frankly this kind of lame media bullshit is the reason I don't watch TV. I never saw the ad or commented on it, having nothing to say and sort of wondering why people were putting so much attention and time into it.

I kinda also think there are better things to do than to publicly criticize people an entire group of women who "have too much time on their hands", when you mention checking into various social media all day long, and then took the time to write this post about what assholes those other women are.

Sorry. That's what I see.

Re: My Grandpa

Well, you've inspired me. My grandmother is in the hospital right now, recovering from having broken her 2nd hip in 4 years. She's been there for 2 weeks, and between having a sick toddler and a major deadline to make I just called her for the first time today. It is lonely and boring in the skilled nursing facility she's in right now. She was totally thrilled to get the phone call. She's 92 and won't last forever. I'm going to take my son down to see her next weekend. This post just made me think... she always seems like she's going to go on being a tough old broad forever, but what if I never saw her again? Would I regret it? Could I have done more? Yep.
