I currently have been using mail.app for my mail and am fairly happy with it, but I miss Eudora. I even miss the "boo WEE oop!" sound when you got your mail! That shows how far back I go with Eudora.

Last time I used T-Bird I couldn't find the setting to make it default to showing mail as text only. That's why, even though I am a Firefox partisan on the browser side, I stay away from Mozilla products to handle my email. I have no problem with graphics in my browser. And yes, Mac OS X doesn't have the same minefield of hazards with "enhanced" mail as Windows still does. But I still get the willies when I get lots of crap attached to my mail. If you email me I want "just the facts, ma'am" unless I am expecting something attached. Call me a Luddite but that's where I am on that.
