This article is SO right. I teach a very simple project management system. It is NOT comprised of many pages of analysis and ways to communicate that no one really pays attention to. It is a ONE page project planning tool. The sophisticated audience that has tried to implement those cumbersome systems LOVE mine, because it's simple, easy to use, and most importantly, people in their organization actually USE this system once they learn it.
