We have advanced 7 out of the past 8 trading sessions, but the last three have exposed a growing reluctance to cross over 180. As we approached that level, trading tightened up and volume dropped. Today showed incredible weakness. In the past few sessions, even in the face of market weakness, AAPL plugged on, but today after all that was accomplished was anticlimactic. And today we plotted a spinning top, after a long advance this is indicative of weakness among the Bulls, and signals the possibility that this strong uptrend is in trouble. The 20-day MA is at about 169/67, and the 50-day MA at 170.22. In fact, the 20-day is crossing above the 50-day today. Resistance? They're support!

Ern, I suggest you return to the wilderness - you're obviously looking at your charts upside down. Or maybe you just haven't got a clue.

Your advice is toxic to investors. You consistently screw up your TA and mislead people, only to apologise when you are caught napping at the wheel having crashed into the TA barrier ahead.

Words fail me.

PS - look for the typo in your numbers; $17.96 - really?

Re: Apple Investors, No Passion - No Conviction, Just Pussyfooting Around

Yes Ed, I'm unfortunately more than aware of Zach's modus operandi having had to put up with his TA blather on our own AAPL forum over at TMO.

Re: iPhone OS 3.0 Beta: MMS & Tethering

This method does indeed work to enable tethering here on O2. The problem in the UK at least as of today is that using the old O2 ipcc file which enables tethering disables MMS on OS 3.0 GM ... there must be incompatible settings in the ipcc file with the current method by which O2 are deploying MMS on the iPhone. Even when you edit them manually in the Carrier Settings page on the iPhone back to what they were pre-installing the ipcc file, MMS is still disabled, so it must be something deeper in the ipcc file which is causing the incompatibility.

Any way of producing a new custom ipcc file for O2 for the new 3.0 GM which will enable tethering but not also lose MMS functionality?

Re: BenQ-Siemens’ “Apple iPhone Killer” - First Photo

That thing, an "iPhone killer?"
