in Do not buy Gears of War 2 on Geekistry
I does suck that they feel forced to abandon a platform because of piracy but if they feel they are unable to make good money then I suppose I don't blame them.

The PC gaming market seems to be dying. With the exception of some big MMO's its getting less and less exclusives and the consoles are taking over.

As a PC gamer myself I play less on the PC. I used to play Battlefield and HL2 but games like COD:4 and Battlefield on the 360 are filling my time. The consoles were lacking the online aspects of PC gaming but that's now no longer the case.

I think the lack of a Gears PC release is the first of many.

in Get the new MSN Toolbar Beta for Windows on Sizlopedia
It's just a personal preference of mine but...I hate toolbars! To me it has to be something extremely useful to take up the amount of screen real estate that your average toolbar uses.

The only toolbars I personally find useful are links and stumbleupon (Firefox).

I agree also that its not very nice looking...I would use the word ugly :)

in Microsoft StartKey, Carry Your Desktop on a USB Drive on Sizlopedia
It just seems like it's a little late. A year or so ago this would have been the way to go, but I see more of a future in an online solution instead of a hardware solution.

How often do you use a machine that does not have net access these days? Also some public computers lock down USB access, where an online solution would still function.

If you go into their store, you can even play with him. They have had these in-store for at least the last 9 months as I played with one back at the end of last year.

Cool toy but a little expensive.

This would look great in a contemporary office environment. I could image this at a Google are a 2.0 company HQ.

I have been staying at a Radisson this week and have been using a sleep number bed. Persaonlly I think its more of a novelty than practical. But it is cool to mess with the numbers.

The "Call for Pricing" tag and th fact that it takes 14 weeks to be made tells me this is on the expensive side?

This kind of design is going to be my next couch. I certainly would not get it in the pictured material though. Luckily you can order it in over 300 different materials.

This thing looks horrible. Like a piece of perspex cut to shape.

Thats cool. I saw another one like this somewhere that had rings you wore that woke you somehow. Of course it was only a concept but pretty cool.

I do love Ikea, great looking furniture and cheap! This only costs $50. The only downside? You have to put it together :)

Yeah but this thing looks like it from 1974. The horrible floral pattern really does not make me want to buy this. Seriously, who is buying these?
