The article states that some industry analysts think the RIAA may try that legal tact at some unspecified time in the future. There isn't any pending litigation between the RIAA and the sat radio services regarding recording broadcasts.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I can't believe people treat the headlines on Digg as fact.</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">j</dc:creator><pubDate>Thu, 06 Oct 2005 11:20:20 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
