Great piece - short and sweet and concise! I always love to watch how you promote Matthew and it's nice to see you getting some local props!

in Amber’s 2008 Gift Guide - Techy, Geeky and Designy on The Amber Show
Great list!

I second Jeff's desire about Mallomars - when I lived in Colorado for 7 years I missed them terribly - "Pinwheels" are lame and don't do the trick at all....

in No Regrets About Good Music Promotion on Chris Brogan
This is a fabulous example of a smart artist using a powerful tool: Social media and a powerful concept/ vision that appeals to a mass audience: Answering the question: what are people biggest regrets? to gain exposure for his own music. By doing this he has already reached over 75,000 views which is extraordinary for an independent artist. Genius! Kudos to you Chris Blake. I wish all of the artists we represent could come up with ideas as great and as viral as yours.

in Musicians Play for Tips- The Importance of Comments on Chris Brogan
Great post - I was really surprised when I wet to Blogher Business to discover that their recent survey showed that 1/4 of all bloggers cited a primary reason for blogging was to receive feedback... As someone who teaches musicians to leave feedback I am not surprised at the less than 1% ... Now I'm off to bookmark you .

in Still can’t ignore MySpace on Christopher S. Penn's Awaken Your Superhero
I struggle like hell with the interface but I must say when we use it right it really helps us build our mailing and our relationships list properly. I wish there was a way that Myspace could monitor the spambots a bit better - We are sick of girls in their bikinis

in A Day Without Twitter on Chris Brogan
I'm just back from 10 days in Argentina and I was sad not to be sharing my experience with my twiends. I second your emotions that I really do like the people I have met on twitter and too am happy that I have met a great number of them in person. Great post CB!
