Hi Randy,

Just so you know, I don't read most of what is on Alain's Newsletter. In fact, I have no idea what all the fuss has been about. I was asked to contribute to the newsletter by Alain and invited to just contribute the articles I write....which haven't been many.

I probably should look more into what the fuss is about...that's what I'm hearing here.

The last thing I was aware of concerning Alain's Newsletter was that Google wouldn't put it in their Google News section, and that was discussed on Janet Folger's show the day I was on with her.

Which wasn't the reason I was asked on her show. Janet asked me on to talk about my experiences at GLSEN and my article about CBS.

So, I hope that explains where I've been coming from. I know certain troublemakers like to say things I don't say or imply I have said or endorse things I don't endorse. FWIW.

Thank Randy. Now I understand why it was such a big deal to the guys at ::: NNFC - Not Nice Fan Club Chapter #4 ::: to link that whole thing about me! Augh...see, that came out of the blue when they linked me.
And I guess you could say that my blog and me are guilty only by association.
FWIW, I agree with you and JOE on the homophobia issue. :)

That happened to me at first, and then I figured out that I just needed to be patient because it takes time to download. After a few minutes it will work :)

Hi Randy,
This is the first time I have been back since last week. Thank you for your great feedback...except today we did film in the hallway again - it's meant to be funny, but well, maybe it's not :)
My husband used Serif Movieplus 4 to do the editing, and it was his music we used also.
The pointy fingers is a good observation, :), and since I already filmed this weeks edition I am not sure if I did it yet, as of the time of this writing we haven't edited it yet.
My target audience is anyone who cares to know about news and culture from a Christian worldview, and ya know, it never even occurred to me to visualize my audience! I'm such a novice.
About the size, it was HUGE, we're going to install Quicktime and try to make it a lot smaller, and I think that will make more people watch and people will enjoy it more. We also cut the time in half to about 3 minutes, instead of 6.
This week, I mock American Idol sort of :), give some news from Anne Graham Lotz and also mention a new book I want people to read. Since we are cutting the time, I had to file some stuff out. Your feedback is valuable. I had over 100 views last week, and very little feedback, so maybe this week will be better. I hope...

I must be very dense, (hold all the comments on that)because when I read D.L.'s post and saw the mustaches on Michael Jackson and the others I thought it was funny, and the Hitler comparison was totally lost on me. I even had someone unsubscribe to the persecution blog because they felt that I was endorsing this whole thing, which is ironic because I just thought the pictures were funny. I guess I should read into everything more deeply from now on, or I could just remain naive and laugh at pictures I thought were and still are funny.
NOT that I'm saying anything about Hitler is funny, because obviously I'm not. I had a stepfather who served under the man,and I saw how it impacted him.
But I do think mustaches on men who you normally wouldn't see a mustache on is funny. I guess I might need to get more serious and lose my funny bone.

Actually I want you to note Randy that I am not commenting on the text of what DL wrote because I dont' feel a need to do that. But I thought the pictures were funny, especially of Michael Jackson...I've never seen that guy with a mustache, or Tucker Carlson etc...I just thought it was funny... and I think DL made a point about how Wayne marked up the Love Won out book - maybe it's because I deal with intensity too much in my life, but to me, this whole thing is being blown way out of proportion.

The great thing about the blogosphere is that we all have freedom of speech, and yet it never ceases to amaze me how many people try to silence those they disagree with. Read my latest post and you'll see what I mean. Anyway...that's it from me.

This was a fun interview to watch, and as a result of watching it I googled to find a few other interviews. Sadly, I found an interview where Anne said she believed there are many paths to God....and since she's a progressive that explains that. But her writing appears to be sufficient.
