menoob I guess it's the same, just enter your valid Internet IP address instead of your internal IP. You can check your valid IP address by going to a site such as http://checkip.dyndns.org/ .
If you use a router, then you have to configure Port Forwarding so you can access your computer. Just hope that your ISP provides your computer or router with a valid IP and not their own internal IP.
