I think that there should be more employers with the same attitute that Ms. Yarbough has.It seems like up here in the Northern states...most of our older generation who want and STILL NEED to work....are treated in a very hostile way. ESPECIALLY by staffing agencies, even those that were set-up to HELP the older worker find gainful employment.
