I love family photos. And what a handsome family, indeed. And colorful, too. Beautiful. And very neat to see the one from years ago and now. Bookends.

Cool new place, Howard. I like it very much. Unlike anything I've seen. Clean...and clever. Congrats on the new home, man.

Man, you know what I like about the web (and about knowing you)? It expands my world. I'm too old to hear new music, so I'm glad when I get suggestions about what to listen to. Putting these on my purchase list. Thanks for the ideas.

"Planned spontaneity" is what my friend Heiner used to call it. Loved those kids of things...go with the flow. Looks like a great day...nothing like going where the whims take you.

Funny stuff...it has a Borat flavor to it. And I loved their light switch and Princess Line phone hung upside down. Great details.

Man, that's a scary and powerful story. Very, very interesting reaction. It takes guts and that had it...and also the good sense to say hello to people. That's the answer...it's getting the community back.

Very cool, indeed. Glad you're back with your own name...you're right, Cheap Dates was a little more limiting. This is the right one.

Man, that was one of my favorite books ever, and I've never even been to Alaska. I also loved Krakauer's Into Thin Air...
The Alaska story was creepy because they didn't really know why he died, but it was a slow death. I remember that he may have accidentally eaten poisoned foods. I'll look forward to the movie. Thanks for the pointer!

Once upon a time there was an engineer
Choo Choo Charlie was his name, we hear.
He had an engine and he sure had fun
He used Good & Plenty candy to make his train run.
Charlie says "Love my Good & Plenty!"
Charlie says "Really rings my bell!"
Charlie says "Love my Good & Plenty!"
Don't know any other candy that I love so well!

in Beet Juice, People. Beet Juice! on The Poverty Jet Set
OMG, beets are one of the few foods I would never eat. I HATE the taste because my mother used to make us eat pickled beets when we were kids. Ugh...I think I may have to set the bar at pomegranate juice...or does grape juice count as "red"? Hey, how about red wine...yeah, I'll go with that.
