I guess all of the thousands of Mexican workers they brought into summit county in the 80's and 90's will now no longer work for a non living wage so they have to bring some more in.<br><br>Also god forbid you try a bit harder to hire some locals by paying a better wage one could actually live on and offer some kind of benefits.
