in Free Jazz King Ornette Coleman on blog.jr.com
Me and some of my friends started a jazz band about 2 months ago and have come to a problem. We have 2 guitarists, alto and tenor sax, me on piano, bassist, trombone, and trupet. For the first month we played music that we all had, but now I have found a song that every one wants to play but not every one has the music. Me the guitars and bass know the song but the other instruments, that are in different key, are having trouble figuring out the song from my original misic. Could you tell me how to transpose the music to the wind and brass instruments. Thanks.

in Digital Media Needs Room To Breathe: Get a Bigger Hard Drive on blog.jr.com
Hi,
I purchased the above mentioned piece of hardware but am wondering how to install it. You may ask "Why don't you read the instructions?" Well, the answer is I don't where the instructions are. You see I purchased this several months ago and have misplaced the box. I plugged everything into the USB's on my computer but my computer is not recognizing the new hardware. I went to the file labeled "my computer" and it is not there. Could you help?
I know the basic computer stuff. I by no means consider myself an expert at this computer. BOB

hello,
i have been reviewing your advice on similar threads and unfortunately none has covered my particular problem. My second disc drive (E) has entirely vanished from view. i am assuming it is still in their somewhere and that it might be otherwise inhabited by irritating life forms of the spyware kind since my anti virus has stopped running correctly and strange things are amiss.... of course i am completely computer daft and despised by all of computerdom. Never the less... the drive does not appear in the disc management section of :My Computer and i am at a loss as to what to do from there... have you any other ideas? i did download some programs of the net intended to tweak and tune up the computer awhile before this problem started perhaps that has affected it? However i cannot access any of these programs to either delete or restore since they are coincidently located in the E drive... is there any help for me?
thanks so much for any ideas and advice you might have,

sleepless in cyberspace :)
