Karoli Thank you, but really it's not me. You do it, I do it, everyone around us does it. It's just that Twitter gives us the opportunity to be heard by the influencers. I'm no more an influencer than you are. We both have voices, but now they are heard. That's really the power of services like Tw*tter.

Excellent post!
I know I've felt the same way, many times, when I've watched Obama get up on a stage or walking into a crowd of people. I actually flinched in anticipation of what I was afraid of.

I want to move forward in confidence. I want our country to move forward in confidence. I'm tired of being assaulted with the Bush admin fear card.

What the average person doesn't realize is that if we bend the rules of habeas corpus so we can torture and beat people we think did something wrong before we charge them in a court of law and convict then as some point that will be used against everyone for anything.

Karoli I'm not sure I'd go that far, though it sure seems like he's drinking the Bush Kool-Aid these days. It's really disappointing in many ways to see a guy who has been respected for his service sell out to a failed set of policies. Especially after branding himself as a 'maverick'.

What makes me nervous is the fact that he went to Diane Feinstein's house to meet with Hillary last night. Why wasn't it John Kerry's house? Or Harry Reid's house? Feinstein and her husband are war-profiteers. It just makes me sick. She stood to gain the most by a Hillary Clinton presidency. Why? No investigations.

Karoli DiFi is one of Clinton's last-stand supporters. She brokered the meeting, so that's why it was there. I wouldn't worry about her -- it's unlikely she'll survive re-election for another term. She's just about done.
