At somepoint newspaper sites have to stop being newspaper sites and become Web sites. You cannot fit everything on one page. The left had nav compresses everything in the middle of the page and there is just too much. Look how long your screen shot is, who is goingto scroll all the way to the bottom of the page? If you have effective search and navigation people will be able to find what they are looking for and you can have some room to breath on this page.

I access your site with my blackberry pretty regularly.

Excellent, just upgraded from 2.5 to 2.5.1 using the manual option.
Only glitch was that I had to do it twice.
First time I was logged out after upgrading the database.
Ran it again and it cleaned up the previous install and started again.
Second time through was not logged out and it completed successfully.
2.5 > 2.5.1 in 10 mins :)

YAWN. This is all possibly today with Bluetooth, and is not widely available because manufacturers are so concerned over control of their hardware they intentionally cripple this functionality. My PC has bluetooth, my iphone has bluetooth, why the #($%* can't I sync my iphone over bluetooth? Because apple exerts ultimate control over the hardware. I don't see how a new wireless standard (which really isn't new, it just replaces ad-hoc wireless networks, with are already NOT used today) will change anything.
