I've adhered to the Get Rich Slowly approach while steadily seeking ways to supplement my income.  The slow approach certainly works, but speeding up the process is always welcome.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Oh, and I just wanted to throw in my two cents on indexing: It is average by its very nature.
